Party Proactive - Meet the T2 Headliners!

Well, the word is out on the street and excitement is already building for the 1st Party Proactive of 2007! After an amazing 2006 and our massively popular debut at Turnmills we are once again ready to ROCK!
Plenty of surprises to be announced but first, here is a little bit more about what we have in store for you in the legendary T2…
FAFA MONTECCO - FRANCE
A legend in his home country of France, Fafa Monteco has been immersed in music since the 1980s. Selling millions of records (literally!), Fafa’s sound of deep-techy house, electro and techno has gained him many admirers including John Acquaviva, Deep Dish, Satoshii Tomiye and Carl Cox. Owner of three labels, the massive Hypnotic, Chicayork and Goodtime, promoter of the Hypnotic Parties at top Parisian venue, Mix Club, and with DJ gigs across the world, including Pacha in Ibiza, Fabric, the Paris Techno Parade and Sydney’s, Tank (to name a few), Fafa’s reputation as a talented producer has lead him to collaborate with such hugely influential artists as Depeche-Mode, Moby, Cerrone and Shirley Bassey. A man of many musical moods, Fafa’s impeccable mixing allows him to roam across deep and tribal to tough and techy. Must be why his show on Radio FG/ Paris is the biggest electronic music radio in France. We’re very much looking forward to hearing this master craftsman work his magic on the Proactive dancefloor.
JOHNNY ARTHUR - UK
Johnny Arthur, purveyor of deep ‘n’ sleazy tech and electro, is currently kicking da ass of London Town. Taking influences across the board from progressive to techno to electro, and using technology as it should, he loops and twirls his way through his impeccably created, original, unpredictable but eminently danceable sets. Resident at his own party, Chicken Nickers, Johnny Arthur is spreading his individual sound further through releases on David Duriez’s Parisian label, Brique Rouge and the respected Whoop! All this and only 23 years of age. He’s played alongside Paul Woolford, Switch, Martin Landsky, Ellen Allien and Alex Smoke (Paul Woolford rating Johnny as one of the “best up and coming DJs he’s heard” ) and been DJ Mag’s Gotta Be Big. Once bitten, never shy, you know you’re in for some "Deep filthy sleazoid acid mindfuckery” (his words) when Johnny’s on the deck. Nice.
Our T2 headliners are joined by regular guest QUEEN MAXINE, a return of the utterly sublime JONTY SKRUFFF and of course residents JACOB MOSS and STEELO.
